We feature antique baskets from the all over the West; our focus is primarily the Southwestern cultures:  Apache, Yavapai, Pima, Papago, Chemehuevi, Hopi and Navajo.

Hopi Coil Basket
In excellent condition, this Hopi Coil Basket features 5 Kachina masks- 2 Crow Mothers, 2 Wakas and a Heheya. Has a label on the bottom which reads "Roseline Day, 1/30/76" and includes a photograph of the weaver, taken in front of a Keams Canyon sign. Original price, Our Price, $995.00

Yavapai-  Small Yavapai basket from the first half of the 20th century.  Measures 9 1/2" across.  Has approx. 12 missing stitches on the rim.  $675.00

A small Apache Olla with a nice weave and strong contrast in the design. Includes three whirling logs. 9.5 in. by 8.5 in. $2250.00

Pima Tray Pima Tray

Pima Tray- Woven of willow and devil's claw, this basket was collected between 1918-1928 in Sacaton, Arizona.  The weave is 5 coils and 12 stitches per inch.  The tray measures 10" wide and 1 13/4" deep.

Navajo Wedding Basket Navajo Wedding Basket

Navajo or Ute Wedding Basket.  Circa 1900, this basket measures 14 1/2" wide by 4 inches deep and is in very good condition.   There are 5 red bands in the design.
